I have led multiple rebranding projects across different industries. Most recently, I revitalised the brand of an accountancy firm by consolidating several sub-brands under one unified brand. I developed a new brand positioning statement, crafted key messaging, and designed a fresh visual identity including a new logo and colour palette. In addition, I built a new website, created updated marketing collateral, and refreshed all office stationery and signage.
To bring the brand to life, I launched targeted marketing and business development campaigns, resulting in a significantly higher profile — including unsolicited media coverage — and a measurable increase in revenue.
Throughout my career, I have managed teams ranging from two to over twenty people, both in the UK — often across multiple offices — and internationally.

As a Chartered Manager, I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience to help others succeed. I am also a registered mentor for marketers through the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
I spent a year working closely with the CEO of a business and their private equity investors to identify acquisition targets, manage outreach, and support initial meetings and negotiations.
I was responsible for managing the M&A pipeline and served as a member of the M&A Committee. During this time, I led discussions with over 100 businesses, culminating in four successful deals.
I managed the market launch of a new outsourced finance offering. I was responsible for naming the service, developing its brand identity, and creating a dedicated website. Working closely with key stakeholders, I crafted a go-to-market strategy that included a targeted marketing campaign designed to drive early engagement.

A powerful way to make your brand work harder is through fully integrated marketing campaigns. I have led numerous marketing and business development campaigns, typically centred around topical issues highly relevant to the target audience.
By aligning each campaign closely with the firm’s business goals, I’ve used a mix of web, email, video, infographics, content, and social media to boost profile and drive revenue.
I have also found that collaborating with complementary brands can significantly extend reach and impact.
After researching the market and running a thorough bid process, I brought Microsoft Dynamics into the business and led the rollout of the CRM system. Initially introduced as a client onboarding tool, it was later expanded to support the full sales process across the entire funnel.
I ran training sessions for all managers and above as part of a wider engagement programme, which resulted in over £600k more revenue being captured through the CRM in just two months compared to the previous year.
Working closely with the CFO of an accountancy firm, I set new business and cross-sell targets for all partners.
I took a tailored approach, ensuring each target reflected individual past performance, departmental goals and broader business growth objectives.
Beyond providing regular support and guidance to help partners achieve their targets, I also acted as a crucial link across the business — identifying additional opportunities for new work by connecting prospects and clients that might otherwise have been overlooked.
