I set up Polaris Marketing to support growing, ambitious businesses and help make marketing a revenue driver. If marketing activities aren’t co-ordinated and tied into the wider plan, then they will only drain resources. I believe that marketing is a growth enabler and should be contributing to profitable, sustainable growth.
Most of my career has been spent working in professional services. I’ve worked with some large law firms that, at the time, were going through a period of huge transformation. I’ve also worked in accountancy, more recently with a rapidly growing private equity backed business.
I understand that the professional services industry is changing. I’ve seen and experienced these changes and how marketing has matured and become more sophisticated over the years.
In that time, I’ve helped increase revenues, taken new offerings to market, created multi-channel multi-format campaigns, carried out re-brands, and mentored and grown marketing teams.
Why have I called it Polaris? Well, every business needs a North Star - they need to know where they are going and what they want to achieve. With a strategic and commercial approach, I guide businesses to their Polaris by aligning marketing with strategic business goals.
Over the years I’ve worked with some fantastic people and have built a great network. Whether it’s graphic designers, web developers, copywriters or SEO specialists I have a trusted network that I work with to provide the full scope of marketing.
